It is a comprehensive report of the proceedings of CACOL 's Good Governance Accountability and Transparency Education (GATE) project during the first quarter of the project. (The project is designed to educate the grassroots on how to track the policies, programmes and promises made by candidates of different political parties during the campaign period. The purpose of this project is to remind such politicians about their promises in future after they may have assumed office.
